Lottery Policy

The Board has been reviewing our trip sale procedure, specifically the situation when lotteries are required based on popular trips that are oversold. Usually this occurs in May when we sell the Big Winter Trips for the following year. Last May we had two trips that oversold at the meeting. In addition to increasing available space on our trips, we also will be instituting new lottery procedures that will benefit loyal members of the club. The new procedure is HERE and on the “Stuff for Members Only” web page. and I hope you will take the time to read it. Again, this only affects trips that are oversold.
